Life Changing Solutions! Solutions! For A New Dawn Zambia!!!

This time the focus is on Zambia, a country that just went through a peaceful transition of power change from the PF to the new and promising UPND government!

The United Party for National Development(UPND) has embarked on causing positive change, in the previously embattled nation, in the following areas: free education; jobs to the 10s of thousands of unemployed nurses/health-workers, and teachers; youth empowerment through agriculture and other key sectors.

Our CDT-Group (Central Hamburg University, Diversity Learning Institute, and Twikatane e. V(NGO)) all of Germany has responded by going to Zambia and help the new government, under the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema, popularly known as HH, to alleviate the aforesaid problems.

GDT-Group is, therefore, pleased to inform all the Zambian youths, the needy, and the general public at large to watch this page as we unveil our free education system. Our team has submitted all the plans to the Zambian government to get started with our programs.

In partnership with the Zambian governments, in our plan we expect to fulfill the following:

  1. Free Education:

From diploma to undergraduate studies in various faculties.

Targetting an initial of at least 150,000 learners across the 10 provinces of Zambia.

  1. Youth Empowerment:

In the following key diploma courses;

  • Entrepreneurship & Winning Mindset(EWM),
  • Agribusiness & Entrepreneurship(AE),
  • Girl & Mom in Agribusiness(GMA),
  • and other self-skills programs.

Targetting an initial of at least 200,000 learners across the 10 provinces of Zambia.

  1. Job placements for the trained but unemployed nurses/healthworkers and teachers

Helping at least 10,000 such professionals to get the long-awaited jobs in both sectors.

  1. And more self-help projects.

  • All the above will be facilitated by the CDT-Group and partner organisations and universities in Germany/Europe.
  • This gesture is also open to other African countries in need. Get in touch with our German HQ, and we will be on your doorstep to provide equal solutions and help.

”Keep watching this page as we help transform Zambia”

German Language Training (GLT)

  1. GLT for Zambians: To boost up our educational exchange program (EEP) and the Germany-Zambian bridge, DLC is currently embarked on GLT. That is, between November 2019 and March 2020, we are seding 60 to 100 Zambians to go to Germany and study the German language for 1 year.
  2. Importance of German Language: Upon completing they will come back to Zambia and be attached to all our partner schools. The language will help all the German bound Zambian.

The Vulnerable:

Through our Germany partners we are sourcing various things to help the Zambian village located schools. At the same time, we are sourcing sports attire and equipment from the German sports clubs and other organizations to send to Zambia.

Not only the gifts, we are preparing such children and youths in Zambia by connecting them to the various sporting clubs and organizations in Germany. So that when they mature, they will go and further pursue their professional careers in Germany and Europe.

Zambian Civil Servants Development (ZACSD)

Not only the teaching staff. Through our department called Study in Germany Affordably (SiGA), DLC will source free education to the Zambian civil servants to study masters and PhDs at the Germany universities.

This gesture will also deliver workshops, seminars, short special trainings in Germany.

When the trainees are in Germany, during such programs DLC organizes exposure power-point presentations where the African guests show-case their needs in their government departments they represent. Eventually, good and developmental deals are done for the Germans to go out and help or do business in such needy departments.

Definitely, it is very expensive for the government to sponsor its civil servants to further their studies in developed countries such as the United States of America-USA, the United Kingdom-UK, Canada, Australia, etc. In such countries to attain a full bachelor, masters or PhD costs one around US$300,000.00, $100,000.00, and $250,000.00, respectively! How many learners would any government manage to sponsor countrywide? Very few if not none. But with the free education in Germany bridge opened by DLC for the Zambians, the Zambian government would be able to sponsor even over 500 civil servants yearly – in any specialized department. For example, that could be an average of 50 learners per province. Manageable, because in the semester fee in all the German state sponsored universities is almost ZERO (0)! No tuition fees!

DLI is ready to bring Zambia on board in this area too. The needy government ministries such as education, health, council, etc, can be revived through such a program, ZACSD.

Aid From Germany to Zambia

Through our Germany connections we are currently reinforcing partnerships in Germany and other Europeans countries. That is sourcing their schools, universities and social organizations to freely donate to our partner schools in Zambia – books, teaching aids, computers, printers, various equipment, laboratory equipment, boarding facilities, mobilization vehicles, and many more.

Not only the aforesaid, but also as a means of boosting up international cooperation by inviting German teachers, educationists, managers, school heads, professors to teach as volunteers in Zambia.

We have currently applied to the German government wings and social houses lobbying for 120 German volunteers to be attached to the DLC partner schools in Zambia. The volunteers will teach German language, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics, sports, and other subjects.

Main Outcomes of DG ZEB

    1. Improved lifestyle of an Zambian
    2. Improved managerial skills of the German trained and exposed personnel from the Zambian government sector-and to have a future continued education and business relations.
    3. Attracting potential business and educational investors in Zambia’s various sectors. Especially to develop the educational facilities in the rule areas.
    4. Schools will gradually be well equipped through mutual co-operations between the local ones and those in Germany fostered by DLC. That is freely sourced equipment, books, teaching aids, and volunteer teachers, trainers, coaches, counsellors, etc. All from Germany.
    5. And many more, too numerous to itemize.

To achieve such, it takes time and money. But DLC has done its homework and have such links to continue such works.
